Todd started his career as a reporter and analyst only after he gained practical political experience. For that, he participated in several initiative campaigns in Florida and Washington D.C. In 1992, he joined the National Journal’s ‘The Hotline’ and worked for them till March 12, 2007; for them, he was the chief editor. Having worked for 6 consecutive years for ‘The Hotline’, Todd changed direction towards NBC News and then became their political director.

She also works for progressive causes and is the official spokesperson for the senator Jim Webb.
