Tara Setmayer was born on September 9, 1975, in Paramus, New Jersey which makes her nationality an American. However, her ethnicity is a mix. Her parents were the long residents of New Jersey and which is why she grew up there. She first went to Paramus high school after which she pursued a degree majoring in political science along with journalism and public policy in the George Washington University in Washington.
