The model was born on 7 March 1994 in St. Louis, Missouri, the US as Devon Elizabeth Windsor. She was born as the daughter of Chares and Lisa Windsor in a loving and caring environment. She grew up with her sibling sister, Alexandra whose information not available in the media.
Moving towards her education, she attended high school at Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School. From a young age, she was a very sports enthusiast, therefore, during her school days, she played field hockey, lacrosse, tennis, and ran track. Additionally, she had competed at the 2012 Missouri State finals in the high jump event as well.
