The rising star was born on 4 November 1993 in Hickory, North Carolina, the United States. He is the son of parents Todd Starkey and Josi Ballard Hutto. But his parents divorced when he was a kid and later his mother married a guy named Brian Hutto. He has three siblings: Mackayla, Brooke, and Lo.
Regarding his education, he attended St. Stephens High School in Hickory, North Carolina, and then Western Carolina University. Moving toward his profession, he started his acting career in 2014 from a short film The Radical Nortion of Gene Mutation.
