Nick Groff is an American paranormal investigator and a musician who is famous for the television series, “Paranormal Lockdown”. Groff has also worked as a co-investigator and executive producer of Ghost Adventures. His line of work is pretty similar to that of Zak Bagans who also calls himself a ghost hunter.
Apart from his work on Paranormal Lockdown, Nick has been working on many different projects. Despite his involvement in various productions, Groff has been mostly leaning towards the paranormal. Nicholas Groff was born on the 19th of April, 1980, in San Jose, California. Despite being born in California, Groff grew up in Nashua, New Hampshire. He had a passion for the supernatural from a very young age. He was a very adventurous child and was keen to explore places. However, due to his passion, he had a near-death experience when he was 8. Groff was playing and climbing in a tree and suddenly he fell down from a high branch.
Now looking at his academics, Nick went to the Pelham High School in New Hampshire. After graduating from high school, Groff joined the University of Nevada and graduated with a degree in film.

Nick met Zak Bagans in 2004 and surprisingly, both of them had an unusual interest for the paranormal. Whilst they began their careers as DJs, they knew that they had to team up to investigate the paranormal. With that in mind, Nick and Zak hired Aaron Goodwin and included him in their team. It was the beginning of a new adventure for them. In 2004, the trio began visiting some of the scariest places in Nevada in search of any paranormal activity. This interesting theme made a show called Ghost Adventures. Moreover, Nick has also worked for the 2012 television show, Nightline.

A couple of years later, in 2014, Nick began working as an investigator for Ghost Adventures: Aftershocks. He has also gone on to contribute for Ghosts of Shepherdstown. In more recent years, Nick has been handed the role of the chief investigator for the show, Paranormal Lockdown.

Now looking at the personal aspects of Groffs’ life, he has been married to Veronique Roussel. The two met in their high schooling years and Groff gave Roussel the ring in their senior year. The two then said their vows in 2004 and Zak Bagans was the DJ for the ceremony.
Nick and Veronique have been together for a long time now. Presently, the couple lives in New England and have given birth to two wonderful children. Their first daughter Annabelle was born in 2010 and Chloe in 2014.
