She was born as Francesca ‘Fran’ Belibi on 20 July 2001, in Kansas City, Kansas, United States. She is the eldest daughter of parents Franck and Suzanne Belibi. Her father is an internist and nephrologist and her mother is a pediatrician. She has three siblings: a brother Franck and two sisters Fabiola and Hana. Her family currently resides in Centennial, Colorado, and attended Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora, Colorado then graduated in 2019.
