Hannah Hart is an American Youtuber, internet personality, author, and actress who is mostly recognized from her Youtube channel, MyHarto. Further, she is mainly popular for her weekly series on Youtube called as My Drunk Kitchen where she cooks something while intoxicated.
Hart is also an actress and a producer as well. In the year 2014, she produced and starred in an independent comedy film named “Camp Takota”. Hannah Hart was born on November 2, 1986, in Palo Alto, California, the U.S. which makes her nationality an American. Hart was born to her mother who suffered from psychosis. She has an older sister whose name is Naomi while her half-sister is named Maggie who is also a Youtuber. Hart went to Burlingame High School after which she took a time off and lived in Japan. After coming back she attended the University of California, Berkeley from where she graduated in the year 2009 with two majors in English and Japanese language. In the hopes of becoming a writer, Hart went to New York but ended up in a firm translating and proofreading. Ultimately she decided to quit her job and start pursuing Youtube fully.
Hart along with the help of a friend started the Youtube channel. She launched My Drunk Kitchen in the year 2011. Initially, she recorded herself drinking wine and trying to make a grilled cheese sandwich. She uploaded the video on Youtube and within a period of only a few days, she had accumulated 100,000 hits. Similarly, some of her viewers even requested for another video on the series which is why she compiled few more videos and by mid-July, her channel had gathered 800,000 hits. This was the start of Hannah and Youtube’s partnership.
As her channel gained more fame and popularity she featured several celebrities on her videos that included personalities like Jamie Oliver, actor and host Chris Hardwick, Youtuber Tyler Oakley, former NSYNC member Lance Bass, Mary-Louise Parker, and the popular author John Green. Later, Hart also went on a touring show after funding her tour with a campaign. In addition, she also performed a comedy show in collaboration with Grace Helbig, her friend and Youtuber.
Likewise, Hart now also has her own TV show I Hart Food premiered on August 14, 2017. The Youtuber also released two books which included her memoir and a parody cookbook.
