Josh Gordon is an African-American National Football League (NFL) player who is famous as a wide receiver. Gordon has been in the league since 2012 when he was drafted in the 2nd round of the NFL. For his education, Josh went on to join the Lamar High School. He was a competitive young boy from the very start and would actively participate in sporting activities. Whilst in his high school, he competed in basketball, football, and running. He even got named first-team All District 20-5A during his senior year. Upon graduation, Josh then went on to join the Baylor University and was playing for them under a scholarship. He was sought after by other teams in Baylor, Kansas, Nebraska and Houston, but Gordon knew his heart’s deepest desires.

While playing for the Baylor University, Josh was making quite a name for himself. He was, however, also having problems with the use of drugs and alcohol. Things were beginning to get really bad when he was found asleep after getting high on drugs. Moreover, on a different incident, the police found marijuana in his car while he was with his teammate Willie Jefferson. Whilst Jefferson was removed from the team for substance abuse, Josh was only suspended.
Next year in 2011, he was having similar problems when he was tested positive in a drug test. After this particular incident, he was suspended till 2012. But again, Josh was too big a prospect for the game and was offered a four-year contract with Cleveland Browns. He was finally finding his feet this time around and he recorded 50 catches, 5 touchdowns and 805 yards in the season. In doing so, he was the best wide receiver in the entire league. But inevitably in 2013, he was suspended for substance abuse. Nevertheless, he played after 2 games and he was making records in the games to come. This was a positive end to the season making him the Player of the Year.

There have been major developments in the recent days regarding the career of Josh Gordon. He has been facing many bans for the past 4 seasons and it is again the same issue this time around. He has now been suspended indefinitely by the NFL for the violation of the league’s drug policy.

Now coming to his personal life, Josh is still a single man. Reports suggest that he has not been dating anyone in the present. He was, however, previously in a relationship with Christina Lockhart. Christina and Josh were together for quite some time but sadly things did not work out. As of today, Lockhart lives in Maple Heights.
Whilst things did now go well for them, they did share a daughter named Emma. To begin with, Josh did not accept his responsibility as a father. However, Christina fined a lawsuit against Gordon and it took almost a year for him to accept Emma as his baby. He was even arrested and detained before agreeing to do so.
